Bishop Guilfoyle halts United

ALTOONA — Sam McCloskey scored three touchdowns to lead Bishop Guilfoyle over visiting United 48-0 on Friday.
McCloskey had touchdown runs of 6, 8 and 7 yards for the Marauders.
Brandon Chadbourn scored on an 11-yard run and also threw a 45-yard TD pass to Matt Gormley.
Chancelor Little and Andrew Irwin also had touchdown catches for the Marauders, who head into the playoffs with an 8-2 record that includes eight consecutive victories.
The Marauders are in the postseason for the second consecutive year under coach Justin Wheeler.
United closed an 0-10 season in which the Lions were outscored 388-64.
The Lions have not won a game in 20 tries, last tasting victory in 2011 when they beat Ferndale
